PAYMENT
Little Rose Birds accepts all major credit and debit cards through Paypal services. You are not required to have an account with Paypal to pay via our website and Paypal gives you the option to "pay with card" at the paypal checkout.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders are beautifully packaged. We box our items to ensure no damage during transit.
All payments are made securely by Paypal.
Postage for majority of items is £2.95 which is sent 1st Class recorded delivery.
Some larger sized items such as Flower Crowns, Birthday crowns and Party bag packages are £3.50.
All items are made to order unless they are stated in the description 'ready to ship'.
Once your order had been dispatched Little Rose Birds is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or delays caused by the mail service.
All orders are final. Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged or an error has been made with your order. The item can only be returned unused and in its original packing within 7 days. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer for refunds and exchanges.
TURNAROUND
Our turnaround time for items ordered via the website is 10-14 working days. (Monday to Friday, excludes weekends and bank holidays).
If you require your order more urgently, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Fabric may begin to fray with wear. Care for your bow by snipping frayed edges with sharp scissors.
SAFETY
All of our headbands and bows are handmade, therefore please ensure they are removed when sleeping and also that children are supervised whilst wearing them. Please do not leave your child unattended whist wearing headbands and bows due to small parts and the risk of choking.
